I had the privilege of talking to Kasia Mrowca about how to go about reducing feature gluttony in our software projects. Her incisive analysis was both enlightening and eye opening. Her suggestions not only made sense but they made me think more deeply about how I actually build software. She also happens to be an expert in econometrics!
